Why we exist

Buying a second-hand phone shouldn't be a gamble. Too much of the market runs on blurry photos, vague descriptions and payment methods that leave you with no recourse if something goes wrong.

Trade exists to make that transaction safe. Sellers verify who they are before they can list. Devices are graded to a consistent standard. Buyer payments are held until the device arrives and is confirmed as described — so both sides know where they stand.

We're based in Brisbane and operated by Screen Care Pty Ltd, the team behind ScreenFixed. We've been repairing and refurbishing devices for over a decade, which is a useful thing to know when you're deciding whether a device is worth what someone's asking for it.
